S.I.P.E. Società Industriale Prefabbricati Edili S.p.A. was established in 1963.
It works in the industrialized building sector, enabling the complete construction of civil, industrial and commercial buildings using its own prefabricated structures.

S.I.P.E. S.p.A. owns patents relating to advanced technological procedures for using prefabrication in areas susceptible to earthquake.
Ever since 1992 its quality system has been certified in accordance with the ISO standard 9001: 2000 by the I.C.M.Q. Institute.
SIPE S.p.A. is certified and qualified to perform public works in the following categories: OG01, OS13.
The SIPE S.p.A. quality system has also been certified in compliance with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000.
